Event Description
Join us for the Build a Better Burger Competition at Roundup 2025!
This exciting event will feature two divisions:
- Undergraduate student teams
- Graduate students, staff, and faculty teams
Think Top Chef, but burgers! Each team will present their custom burger creation to a panel of judges and explain the inspiration behind their ingredients and theme. It’s a fun, friendly competition that brings the community together in a delicious way.
Deadline to register: Friday, August 29 at Noon

Even if you’re not competing, we encourage you to come by, cheer on your favorite teams, and help us vote for the Most Creative Theme!
After a year off, we’re fired up to see what you’ll bring to the grill! From pun-filled team names to bold, mouthwatering burger creations, we know the competition will be fierce. Prizes—and bragging rights—are on the line for the top teams in each division. Let’s make this year even more creative, competitive, and fun than ever before!
